In its current version, which does not yet offer online sales, the website https://myexclusivecollection.fr allows users to spontaneously transmit personal data by only two means:
- Subscription to newsletters by sending only an email address via the form located at the bottom of the website pages.
- Sending a message to My Exclusive Collection using the website's contact form, which requires sending a first name, a last name, an email address, and possibly a telephone number (optional) in addition to the message sent and its object.
- The creation of an account on the website https://myexclusivecollection.fr, with the aim of being able to place an order online, which requires providing an identity, date of birth, telephone number (optional), an email address, and a postal address.
- The addition of one or more new postal addresses in the customer's account or the modification of the information which is already filled in the customer's account (identity, contact details, postal addresses).
By subscribing to My Exclusive Collection newsletters, or by sending a message using the contact form, or also by creating an account on the website https://myexclusivecollection.fr and using the functionalities for modifying their information or adding new postal addresses, users validate this data protection policy.

The purpose of the collection and processing of this personal data is the sending of information emails on My Exclusive Collection news, commercial prospecting, and processing of online orders.

The deletion of the data will be effective within two months of the deletion request.

HYPERTEXT LINKS AND COOKIES
The website https://myexclusivecollection.fr contains hypertext links to other websites and disclaims any liability regarding these external links or links created by other websites to https://myexclusivecollection.fr.
Browsing on the website https://myexclusivecollection.fr only generates the installation of cookies on the user's terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) when adding products to the cart to make a online order, or when the user connects to his online account on the website.
